48 HOUR CONFIRMATION ETIQUETTE:

We understand that your activities are not fixed, and your schedule can change. We request that you inform us 48 hours before your scheduled appointment to cancel or reschedule. Any appointment that is canceled within less than 24 hours will incur a 75% of the service. Appointments scheduled on the same day will require a 50% of the service fee to fully secure your time.

Please understand that time was reserved for your, and it’s extremely difficult to fill that time slot on short notice. Thank your for understanding.

TARDINESS GRACE POLICY:

It is your full responsibility to know if you are going to be 10 minutes late for your appointment. If the remaining time is not sufficient to complete your service, we will reschedule your appointment after 50% of the service charge has been deducted. Clients who don’t arrive within 10 minutes, will be considered as a no show, and will be charged the full service fee.

This ensures that any upcoming appointments are properly taken care of, and that there’s ample amount of time to clean and sanitize the treatment room. Our Estheticians take time and extreme effort to ensure your happiness, and should be respected as such. We respectfully ask you to arrive on time.

HEALTH EMERGENCIES POLICY:

We understand that health emergencies and sickness are legitimate reasons for cancelling an appointment. We urge to stay home if you are experiencing any symptoms of illness. However, due to this being out of our control, we must still enforce our cancelling policy. We value you as a client and thank you for respecting our time.

PAYMENT POLICY:

LJA accepts all major credit cards, and Apple Pay. When initially booking, a credit card is required to hold your appointment. Full payment is due upon the conclusion of your service. Whether you’ve scheduled or called to make an appointment, there is a NON REFUNDABLE deposit that will go towards the service. This ensures your appointment is saved. If the appointment is canceled you risk losing your deposit.

Balances can be paid with Cash, and with Card on file.

CELL PHONE POLICY:

Please silence your phone while in the studio, so that you may receive the full relaxation benefits of your visit.

CHILD POLICY:

Due to the limited space within the studio no children are permitted. Please make proper arrangements for childcare during your visit. We love our children and your, but we value the safety of our little ones. Most importantly your relaxation, and experience with us as well.

MINOR TREATMENT POLICY:

Minors coming in for appointment but be in at least 13 years of age and must be accompanied by a parent or guardian during the entire appointment. All intake and consent forms must be signed by their parents or guardian prior to the scheduled appointment date.

CONFIRMATION ETIQUETTE :

As a courtesy, we will text or email to remind you of your confirmed service appointments a business day prior to your appointment date. Once your appointment has been confirmed we will send you the adequate consent forms for you to fill. Please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments, and the cancellation fee.

COMPANY PRIVACY POLICY:

We value your privacy. We do not disclose your personal information or share it with other outside entities unless otherwise authorized by you. Your information is used for internal statistics, marketing, or educational purposes. We do not send spam emails. We only communicate with our clients and potential clients regarding new services, price changes, special offers, and appointment notifications.
